Refund policy
14-Day Returns Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returns requested outside of this period will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original condition, with no damage or signs of fitting
- Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and components
Automotive electronic products must only be handled to the extent necessary to establish their nature and functionality. Any signs of installation, wiring, or tampering may affect your refund.
Change of Mind & Non-Fault Returns
Where a return is requested due to a change of mind, incorrect order, compatibility issue, or item no longer required, a 17.5% handling and restocking deduction will be applied.
This covers:
- Payment processing costs (non-refundable)
- Handling, inspection, and testing
- Repackaging and administrative costs
Fault Reporting & Verification
A 17.5% handling and restocking deduction applies to all non-fault returns.
This does not apply where an item is confirmed to be faulty upon inspection.
If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us prior to returning the item and provide relevant supporting evidence, such as:
- Photos
- Videos
- A clear description of the issue
This allows us to assess the issue and assist where possible.
All items returned as faulty are subject to testing and verification.
If no fault is found, the return will be processed as a standard return and the applicable deduction will apply.
We may refuse returns sent back as faulty without prior contact and evidence.
Return Process
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is confirmed faulty)
- Returns must be sent using a tracked and insured service
- The tracking number must be provided
- The order number must be included with the return
Refunds are processed only after the item has been received and inspected.
Inspection & Condition Deductions
All returned items are inspected and tested.
If a return shows signs of:
- Installation or attempted installation
- Damage or wear
- Missing parts or accessories
- Incorrect or damaged packaging
We reserve the right to:
- Apply a higher deduction to reflect the reduction in value, or
- Refuse the return if the item is not suitable for resale
Rejected or Non-Resaleable Returns
If a returned item is deemed used, installed, damaged, or not in resaleable condition, the return may be rejected.
In this case:
- The item can be returned back to you at your cost, or
- We may offer a partial refund with a higher deduction (which may exceed 17.5%) to reflect the loss in value
If return postage is not covered, we reserve the right to retain the item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Or a full refund
✔ Return shipping costs are covered where a fault is verified
✔ No deductions or fees apply to confirmed faulty items
Items damaged due to incorrect installation are not considered faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- DAB antennas
- BMW Apple CarPlay activations
- Software-based products
- Custom or made-to-order items
Order Cancellations
- Orders cancelled before dispatch are subject to a 10% cancellation fee
- Orders cancelled after dispatch fall under the standard returns policy
Compatibility Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchase.
We strongly recommend contacting us if unsure.
If a product is purchased without confirming compatibility, it may still be returned in line with this policy, however any applicable deductions may apply.
Import Duties & Refused Deliveries
Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
If a delivery is refused:
- Shipping costs, return costs, and any applicable duties will be deducted from the refund
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the outcome
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Original standard delivery costs will be refunded in accordance with UK consumer regulations.
Any upgraded or express delivery services are non-refundable.
Warranty
All physical products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Warranty claims require the item to be returned for inspection and testing.
The warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation
- Physical damage
- Compatibility-related issues
Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before raising a dispute.
Where a chargeback is initiated:
- We will submit all relevant evidence, including order confirmation, delivery confirmation, communications, and confirmation of acceptance of this policy at checkout
- Evidence of product condition, testing, and dispatch may also be provided
If a chargeback is found to be unjustified, we reserve the right to:
- Fully dispute the claim
- Recover associated costs and losses where permitted
Raising a chargeback does not override this Returns & Refunds Policy.
