How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

How long is delivery?

Our standard delivery time is 2-5 business days, depending on product availability. If your ordered retrofit is temporarily out of stock, delivery may take longer, and we will notify you promptly in such cases.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Electronic Items are delivered via email within 24 hours (Monday to Friday (UK Time)). Kindly, wait until 24 hours has passed, before contacting us.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to most places in the world. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Where do you ship from?

Most items are shipped from our facility in Yorkshire, UK. Custom made items are shipped from our overseas facilities in Europe / Asia.

Where can I find my tracking number?

You’ll receive a dispatch notification via email once your order has been packed - this contains a tracking link. This update will also appear in your account if you have one. Please remember to check your spam folder in case the email doesn’t appear in your inbox.

The kit does not work, how do I return?

If you suspect a defective product, contact our support team. They will assist with troubleshooting and may help fix the issue. If the problem persists, our team will identify and replace any faulty components in your upgrade kit.
