Bavarian CarPlay / Android Auto Interface & Android Screen Related

What is the difference between your kits and others on the internet?

Our BMW CarPlay / Android Auto kits have the same processing hardware as the $699 alternatives. Our system has superior software and we have an HDMI port on our kits, this allows you to plug in devices such as a Firestick.

We pride ourselves in aftersales support, we will advise and answer any questions which you may have. We write our own detailed instructions which are easy to follow and include video links.

Do I loose any functionality of my car when installing this?

Not at all! All OEM features are retained. This means your service history, factory radio, Bluetooth, controls work the same. The system is plug and play*, no coding is required. 

Do I need to code my car?

Our systems are plug and play - no coding required

ALL BMW F20 and F30 models have a 6 pin LVDS port on the screen.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes we do! As standard we offer a 1 year parts warranty. 

Will the interface provide wireless Bluetooth to my car?

It will yes!

Do you offer installation?

We cover most areas in England regarding installation. Please contact us for more information. 

Order Related

I've placed an order, but it has been cancelled and I have been refunded.

Our systems have detected potential fraud within the order. Bavarian Automotive have the right to cancel the order. 

Which payment methods are accepted?

Pretty much most of them! We have teamed up with Laybuy, Klarna and Afterpay to pay in instalments. If you scroll to the bottom (footer) of this page, the payment methods are listed. 

What does my order is awaiting fulfilment mean?

This means that your order has not been dispatched and a tracking number has not been allocated. Your order will be delivered on time - pending no courier delays. Please do not repeatedly send us messages asking where your order is. If you need your order quicker, we offer a next working day service.

What is the cut off for next day delivery?

The cut off time for next working day delivery is 11AM. Please note that working days are between Monday and Friday, weekends are not included.

Do you do any discount?

Unfortunately not. We are a VAT registered company, prices include UK VAT taxed at 20% - we are the cheapest VAT registered company who sell these kits, we do not offer any discount. 

Depending on your order, we may throw in a free gift, just ask nicely :)

Technical Related

If you are having issues with the kit, please re-read the instructions carefully - 99% of issues can be solved by reading the manual.

If you are wanting technical assistance, please send us an email, with clear photos of how the unit is installed and a video of the issue. This is important, as we can not assess the issue without this information.
